Once your order has been placed, you will receive a confirmation email from us confirming your order. Orders placed before 3 pm will be dispatched the same day.
There is no shipping on Saturdays or Sundays, so orders placed after 3 pm on a Friday will be shipped after the weekend.
If you have recently placed an order with us and have chosen Standard or Recorded Delivery, please allow up to 5 days before contacting us. This is to ensure that Royal Mail has a sufficient amount of time to deliver your parcel.

2nd Class Royal Mail: £2.49 (usually arrives within 2-3 working days)
1st Class Recorded Delivery: £4.99 (usually arrives within 1 working day and will need to be signed for on arrival)
2nd Class Recorded Delivery: £3.99 (usually arrives within 1 working day and will need to be signed for on arrival)
