How long will my bottle of eliquid last?
This depends on your vape device, e-liquid and how frequently you vape. If you are vaping at the proper nicotine level and taking average vaping breaks, you can expect to use 2 to 3 ml of e-liquid daily.
In a pen-style starter kit, a 30ml bottle of e-liquid can last for a week at least. In a high-wattage kit, this same 30ml bottle might only last you a day or two, especially if you use it often.
A low-powered starter kit will always use less eliquid. As your power and wattage increase, you will use more eliquid. If you're using an eliquid with a lower nicotine strength than you're used to, you may find that you're vaping significantly more than normal. This will cause you to use a lot more eliquid than the average vaper. That’s why it’s important to find the correct nicotine rating to get started with upfront.
Everyone is different! Some people might like to vape all day while others might prefer sticking to their designated vaping breaks. For many people, a 10 ml bottle can last 4 to 7 days, and a 30 ml bottle can last 14 to 18 days.
Do my batteries come charged?
Batteries are shipped with around 30% charge. It is best to charge your batteries before use.
Can I reuse my coils?
No, replacement coils are not reusable. Once your coils start to lose flavour, burn or even leak out, you need to replace them. You can, however, change to a different flavour without changing coils. The original eliquid may linger, but it is possible to swap out eliquid.
My battery doesn't work even after charging it? What could be wrong?
The battery may be locked. To unlock your battery, try pressing the lock button multiple times quickly until the battery LED flashes (usually 5-7 presses). Locking your battery will stop it from being accidentally activated. This prevents it from using up its charge, burning out your clearomizer and wasting your eliquid. It is best to lock the device whenever it's not in use, especially if you're around children.

How can I store my e-liquid?
It is best to store your e-liquid in a dry, dark and cool area. E-liquids may contain nicotine. So, you should keep them out of reach of children and pets.
Do all e-liquids contain nicotine?
No, not all e-liquids contain nicotine. E-liquids come in different nicotine strengths.
What is mAh?
mAh stands for milliampere-hour. It's a unit for measuring the amount of energy a battery can store. The higher the mAh, the more energy the battery can store. More energy means longer use time in between charges. This has nothing to do with output voltage. A higher mAh also means it will take longer to charge the battery and usually also means a larger battery.

Is my personal information safe with you?
Absolutely! We have appropriate security measures to prevent your personal data from being accidentally used, lost, altered, disclosed or accessed in an unauthorised way. Also, we limit access to your personal data to those employees, agents, contractors and other third parties who have a business need to know. They will only process your personal data on our instructions, and they are subject to a duty of confidentiality.

We do not have any physical store locations. Jumponthevape is run entirely from an online platform.

Sure, we do! You get free shipping on orders above £40 if you are located in the United Kingdom
Do you have still ship to the EU?
Yes, we are still accepting orders from the EU and order are being shipped via a tracked service.
Do I have to pay for Custom fees?
Yes, if you are ordering from outside of the UK, Customs may require you to pay a fee or charge, this is not included in the cost of your order.

What happens if I forget my password?
If you forget your password, you can recover it on our login page by clicking on the "Recover password" option. It depends on where you are. Orders processed here will take 5-7 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.
